Install libusb-1.0-0-dev package and try again.

You need all the Debian packages as indicated in
https://sources.debian.org/src/ccid/1.4.33-1/debian/control/#L5
But this list is Debian (and derivatives) specific. Other GNU/Linux
distribution have other package names.
