[Pcsclite-muscle] pcsc-lite 1.8.23

Hi,

We are trying to compile a new versions pcsc-lite 1.8.23 and in
./configure appears a message that we have to
disable-libsystemd or uuse a source package, for now I have added
--disable-libsystemd, but I'm not sure if this is the correct option.

I 'am using this packages with thinstation and I like to know what is
the best practice in this situation.
