[Pcsclite-muscle] Serial non-usb readers - Help required

Really??...I thought serial readers in Mac doesn't have to be a USB device.
What if my reader doesn't have a USB device?? This seems to block my
use case.I want to be able to start a reader without any physical
device and connect over BTLE
