[Pcsclite-muscle] problem with pcscd with freerdp 2

Additional information, in this situation any smart card reader is
connected, we have /smartcard always defined to ensure that we add
smartcard support in any situation.
We are using in last years same config but with older pcsc and rdesktop
versions with win 2003 and working without any problems

Where is the problem?
