[Pcsclite-muscle] New version of libccid: 1.4.24

I just released a version 1.4.24 of libccid the Free Software CCID class
smart card reader driver.

    - betetr support of HID Aviator generic
    - fix SCARD_ATTR_VENDOR_IFD_SERIAL_NO attribute size
    - fix a race condition on card events with multiple readers
    - Some minor improvements
