[Pcsclite-muscle] OMNIKEY CardMan 5321 reader shown twice

You're absolutely right... I never encountered dual interface readers, I
always thought I would see two USB devices and not one through which I
would have access to two readers.
For my defense, I only had the USB informations, so the reader name and
model were a guess because I simply don't see the reader as it is embedded
into a larger non-transparent device (a passport reader).
