[Pcsclite-muscle] Dump reader utility

Supposed to be CCID...but you know...
For windows I found usbview utility (part od WDK), but seems to show only
partial information.

"lsusb for windows" doesnt even show device.

Linux will be ok for me, but end-users have windows systems, and i need to
check on-site.
