Use control_get_firmware.py program at [1].

The presence of a iSerial indicates you are using the "new" chip+firmware.
The bcdDevice 2.00 indicates it is a IDBridge K30 [2] and not a USB
Shell Token V2 [3]. Both tokens have the same ProductID.

It is a firmware issue. The driver is perfect :-)
Note that you may not have the problem. Just try and tell us.
