OpenWrt 25.12 and 24.10 security release

Hi,

Thank you for working on the WPA3 SAE configuration improvements. It
looks like they need some discussion and time to settle for maximum
device compatibility, so perhaps releasing now with notes mentioning
the targeted nature of the current security fix is warranted.

Regarding the open 25.12 PRs, I'd like to request review for the
Gemtek W1700K device under the airoha target for official support on
25.12. All ducks are in a row and should just need maintainer review
in the following order:

  airoha: w1700k with 528 erase blocks for the BMT partition (against main)

  [25.12] airoha: add support for Gemtek W1700K

I've been running the Gemtek W1700K with cherry-picks onto the 25.12
branch for a month now and it's been stable.
