AI code review (Claude, maybe Codex)

If you need a review you use this on provided primarily.

Yes there should be a reviewer that does something, but with AI review 
beforehand this human reviewer will do less and more focuses, having to 
spend less time with something that is more likely to go trough saving 
time for more valuable tasks to the project
