[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH fstools] block: use fsck.fat instead of dosfsck

Dosfsck is only available when --enable-compat-symlinks was given when
configuring dosfstools.  These symlinks are not enabled in OpenWrt
dosfstools package

Suggested by Reiner Otto in FS#2408
