It is bad idea.

1. New devices not worse than existing 4/32 devices that already in base.
2. In the world to many NEW devices with 4/32, so probably better to optimize OpenWRT.
3. Build resources can be reduced by proper use ccache and other caching.
4. Let every reviewer decide to waste or not to waster his time to reviews.
