[OpenWrt-Devel] Support for TP-Link MR3420v3

Hi,

some time ago Jacek Trzcinski sent a patch[1] for supporting the
MR3420v3, which unfortunately wasn't developed further to be included.

I'm using a MR3420v3 and would like to have official support for this
router; I think I could modify the patch for the master branch, but I
have no knowledge regarding the LED-support through gpio-74x164.c

Maybe somebody could take a look at both modules and extend the
gpio-74x164.c for the MR3420v3?
