That Build/Prepare code is rather weird. How about leaving PKG_NAME
alone, removing Build/Prepare and just setting:
PKG_BUILD_DIR:=$(BUILD_DIR)/libltdl/$(PKG_NAME)-$(PKG_VERSION)
