[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH] ar71xx: fix TP-LINK TL-WDR3600/4300 RFKILL switch positions

Please Back port to Barrier Breaker I can confirm it occurs on WDR4300 on
Barrier Breaker as well.
On and Off states are swapped
