[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH] allow HOST* variables to be set from config.

I like to build openwrt on a mac.   Some of the host-side tools it builds need libraries and headers that aren’t 
included in mac os, so I need to point these variables at an alternate location where they are installed.
