[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH] mvebu: enable auto recovery all the time

This will have the autorecovery mechanism enabled permanently.
This patch depends on patch
  "Fix for mvebu (WRT1900AC/WRT1200AC/etc) boot counter"
