> Oza: why not use __check_ext_csr at all the following ?

Yes, __check_ext_csr(CSR_MWIDDELEG, SBI_HART_EXT_SMWIDDELEG) is
sufficient Smwiddeleg which also implies Sswid.

Will update the ISA detection here.
