If this series is based upon the IPI series which I sent then
you can extend sbi_ipi_raw_send() as separate patch in
this series to take "all_devices" parameter just like
sbi_ipi_raw_clear(). This means over here you can
inject IPI to all devices using modified sbi_ipi_raw_send()
and drop the PATCH7 of this series.
