Hi All,

We are close to the OpenSBI v1.3 release. I plan to complete this
release by the end of next week (i.e. 23rd or 24th June 2023).

Until the release happens, I will be merging patches only fixes. Also,
I request everyone to test the latest OpenSBI on their RISC-V platforms.
