The HiFive Unmatched external interrupt issue fixed by this patch
is actually a byproduct of this patch. If we had this patch earlier
(along with AIA series) then we would have never noticed issues
on HiFive Unmatched.

I think the right location to document this issue is:
platform/generic/sifive_fu740.c
