Okay, I found this documentation. I had to click the link 'Linux coding
style', and search for 'patch' to find a link to a separate document on
submitting patches, where it says a real name is required. I had not
seen this requirement before and as mentioned it had not been mentioned
to me in the past.

I will fix the name on the next version.
