Shouldn't it be this ? If I read the spec correctly,
For the first class of events (class = 0), only 11 events { bits
[8:18] } are available.
For the first class of events (class = 1), only 10 events {bits [8:17]
} are available.
For the first class of events (class = 2), only 2 {bits [8:9] } events
are available.
