Request: SMS OTP Support for Array SSL VPN in OpenConnect

Dear OpenConnect developers,

Thank you for your excellent work on OpenConnect and for adding experimental
support for Array Networks SSL VPN in version 9.00. It has been very useful for
users who need to access my university private network using Array VPN.

I would like to request support for SMS-based one-time password (OTP)
authentication in Array VPN mode. At present, OpenConnect only supports
username/password authentication, but my university's Array VPN
deployments require an
additional SMS verification code after password entry after 2025/09.

Without this step, users cannot complete login via OpenConnect. If you would
consider adding support for SMS-based 2FA, I would be happy to provide logs,
packet captures, or authentication flow details to help with development or
testing.
