FYI, master branch seems to have a CI failure for ibmtss

Hi,

I brought my fork of openconnect up-to-date with
upstream, and gitlab sent me the CI failure, below.
It shows a failure related to ibmtss, IIRC, on the master branch.

Seems like something you might want to know.
