OpenConnect client

Dear OpenConnect Devs:

We are using OpenConnect client v7.0.7 in RHEL 6.9 x64 to establish a
tunnel to a partner's Cisco 5520.

They shutdown their DC in Florida because of hurricane Irma, and now that
they are up again we see the connection is flapping wildly.

Can you please provide suggestions for how to debug the issue from our
side?
