need openConnect 7.07

if there are any problems, these should be fixed. Reverting to old
version is not a good way ;-)

I don't see an easy process to downgrade. But at temporary solutions
you can either:
1. git-checkout <HASH> in core homebrew-taps folder to pre-version-7.08
(it's git repo in <hemebrew-install-dir>/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-core

or

2. call 'brew edit openconnect', updated first lines to use older
version and then install openconnect again.

And re-install the openconnect.
Again, I don't recommend to make this tweak, if you don't know what
are you doing and what will be the consequences.
