cserv doesn't call script-disconnect when client roaming through different network

Hi,

When I use ocserv as VPN server, I found that if the client pause the
connection and resume on the same network (same IP address), ocserv
will call script-disconnect before script-connect executed. But when
the same client roaming between netwok (IP address changed).  Ocserv
was only call script-connect and script-disconnect never called. Will
it be fixed?

ocserv version 0.8.8
