No occtl socket file

Hi,

Every thing goes fine, but occtl socket file missing in Debian 7.4
system, config like:

use-occtl = true
occtl-socket-file = /var/run/occtl

Running without any error or warning. Do I miss something?

P.S. In another 7.3 Debian system, occtl is OK.
