Yes, it is in the additional openwrt packages which you can find at:
https://github.com/openwrt/packages

The web interface (luci) is in not yet finalized but is available in
the form of patch over luci at:

The way you setup openconnect tunnels is by creating a new network
interface and setting it up as openconnect.
