Weird problem connecting using AnyConnect 3.1.05152 under Windows

Hello Nikos,
I just wanted to bisect the problem with anyconncet and tried the git
head as of 05272d0093075c688925796b6f8292f490ea0fe0 with this version
anyconnect 3.0 works on Windows.
