While we're on the topic - could you please try out the
network-manager-openconnect patches I sent yesterday?  I ran a quick
smoke test but I don't know of any VPNs that request a
"secondary_password" so I can't be 100% sure it's sending a TOTP
password in response.  It would be helpful to verify it end-to-end.

These patches apply to the head of tree from git.gnome.org (which,
contrary to my previous statements, does already have stoken support).
