webpage out of date, and manpage formatting fix

Two things:

- I notice that the openconnect webpage still has the content from
shortly after the 2.26 release.

- One of my co-workers noticed that the manpage formatting is broken.
A little investigation shows that the last mod (adding the
--csd-wrapper option) deleted the first character (a period) from this
file, causing at least GNU man to totally mangle it. The following
trivial patch replaces it and fixes the manpage output.
