Setting up a site-site tunnel to a Cisco concentrator VPN3060

Hi,

I'm configuring a site-site tunnel between a Fedora based firewall and
a Cisco concentrator VPN3060. The Cisco equipment is controlled by
another company and so I am not able to make any changes or adjust any
settings on it.

Is it possible/easy to configure OpenConnect to create a site-site
tunnel between our Fedora based firewall and the Cisco equipment? Has
anyone got any experience of this?
