Hi all,

I've looked at the kernel patch 2.4.19-rmk7-nw1 and compared the
NetWinder configuration file (arm/def-configs/netwinder) with the config file
I had came up with for 2.4.27

There are a few switches that are differing. I had them turned off, maybe you
could tell me why they are set in the default config:

CONFIG_IDEPCI_SHARE_IRQ=y
AFAIK, each device on the NetWinder uses a different IRQ, is this really
required?

CONFIG_BLK_DEV_ADMA=y
This is gone in 2.4.27...any ideas why it was set?

(BTW, an interesting find:

 CONFIG_IDEDMA_PCI_AUTO=y
 CONFIG_IDEDMA_AUTO=y
 Ha-ah! Looks like it will autotune the drives to use DMA on bootup, so its
 probably working with 2.4.19... 
)
