We are not doing this for any other architecture.

Besides, if this ever has to change, that would be two places where we'd
have to update the setting, and these prompts are just informative, so
they are prone to be missed.

It always possible to get that vaue, anyway, with:

    $ make printvars VARS=BR2_GCC_TARGET_%
    BR2_GCC_TARGET_CPU="arc700"
