[ 6.673497] pci_bus 0000:00: root bus resource [io 0x0000-0xfffff]
(bus address [0x3f700000-0x3f7fffff])
[ 6.674642] pci_bus 0000:00: root bus resource [mem
0x300000000-0x33f6fffff] (bus address [0x00000000-0x3f6fffff])

I tweaked the original Rockchip values to place the non-prefetchable
memory first with the configuration and io later in this boot.

So is the IO range necessary as well or will it be automatically
allocated as well?
