[PATCH 1/3] arm64: dts: rockchip: Remove unnecessary reset in rk3328.dtsi

Rockchip DWMAC glue driver uses the phy node (phy-handle)
reset specifier, and not a "mac-phy" reset specifier.

Remove it.
