[PATCH v3 4/5] soc: rockchip: power-domain: Use GENPD_FLAG_ACTIVE_WAKEUP

Set the newly introduced GENPD_FLAG_ACTIVE_WAKEUP, which allows to
remove the driver's own flag-based callback.
