mainline dwc2 is still under heavy development.

Gadget mode only recently moved from the previous s3c-hsotg [which is simply a 
dwc2] into the generic driver. So at least host and gadget mode should work 
[at least in the upcoming 3.18].

I see otg as still pending on the mailinglists.
