As Radim suggested, we had better preset a priority for different
events, such as these events and future ones:
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_HIGH_PRIO_RAS
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_DOUBLE_TRAP
SBI_SSE_EVENT_GLOBAL_HIGH_PRIO_RAS
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_PMU_OVERFLOW
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_LOW_PRIO_RAS
SBI_SSE_EVENT_GLOBAL_LOW_PRIO_RAS
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_SOFTWARE_INJECTED
SBI_SSE_EVENT_LOCAL_UNKNOWN_NMI
SBI_SSE_EVENT_GLOBAL_SOFTWARE_INJECTED

Could you please help add a "global priority enum"?
