It feels like CONFIG_BINFMT_FLAT_NO_DATA_START_OFFSET is not a very good name...
Maybe something like CONFIG_BINFMT_FLAT_NO_SHARED_LIBRARY would be better. But
renaming can be done in a followup patch.
