RISCV_DMA_NONCOHERENT does not select DMA_GLOBAL_POOL,
ARCH_R9A07G043 selects DMA_GLOBAL_POOL.
RISCV_DMA_NONCOHERENT does select DMA_DIRECT_REMAP if MMU.
