Minor:
I think you can skip the IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_BASE) part because
CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_MEMORY depends on CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_BASE (which is
checked in kaslr_enabled()).
