I made a mistake. Below patch works:

        kasan_populate(kasan_mem_to_shadow((const void *)MODULES_VADDR),
-                      kasan_mem_to_shadow((const void *)BPF_JIT_REGION_END));
+                      kasan_mem_to_shadow((const void *)(MODULES_VADDR + SZ_2G)));
