More findings:

*The above panic issue can also be seen from 5.12-rc2. If disable FTRACE, then
the panic disappears, kernel can boot

*so I retested riscv next tree w/ FTRACE disabled, kernel can boot w/ below
modification:

-static uintptr_t load_pa __initdata;
+uintptr_t load_pa __initdata;

This is a weird issue. Any clue is appreciated.
