Palmer, are you willing to put this patch in a topic branch, or ack it, 
so that we can finally merge KVM to either arch/riscv/kvm or 
drivers/staging/riscv/kvm?

If not, I still believe that we should merge KVM for RISC-V to staging 
and therefore move these new definitions to a separate file.
