I tried to get to the bottom of it:

0x5d_000 -> usb3+pcie (muxable?)
0x7e_000 -> usb3+pcie (not muxable?) / for PCIe1
0x86_000 -> pciex2 / for PCIe0

_however_ there are only 2 PCIe hosts and 1 USB host.. 

Unfortunately the router SoC docs are very limited for me.. maybe
+Kathiravan can help..
