[PATCH v7 3/4] phy: nuvoton: phy-ma35d1-usb2: remove unused linux/io.h include

This driver never performs direct MMIO access (no readl()/writel()/
ioremap()/__iomem); all register access goes through regmap via
syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle(). linux/io.h has therefore been
unused since the driver was first added.
