I’m not sure about the reason. The HPG I used was taken directly from the current go/ipcat. Could you tell me where I can obtain the final table that should be used?
I.. wanted to ask you the same question..
I would assume that there's 3 possibilities:
a) the values have changed as they do during platform maturity
b) someone used the wrong values from the docs
c) someone downstream kernel as reference and that had wrong / older values
